    • Analog Devices completes acquisition of Empower Semiconductor 2026-07-08
      The two companies had earlier announced that they had entered into a definitive agreement under which Analog Devices would acquire Empower in an all-cash transaction for USD 1.5 billion.
    • Maruti Suzuki inaugurates vehicle manufacturing plant in India 2026-07-08
      At full capacity the advanced vehicle manufacturing facility in Haryana is expected to produce one million units per annum. The projected total investment at the plant will be about USD 3.5 billion, creating over 21,000 jobs.
    • EnergyX secures $225M investment from Eni for lithium project 2026-07-08
      The project in Chile has a planned capacity to produce up to 52,500 metric tons of lithium carbonate per year across the first two phases, and the potential to expand further through additional development phases.
