ASML has marked the start of construction of a second major industrial campus in the Brainport region of the Netherlands. The new campus at Brainport Industries Campus North in Eindhoven will eventually span approximately 350,000 square metres and provide potential capacity for up to 20,000 workplaces.

Quantum Foundry Copenhagen and the Novo Nordisk Foundation have announced plans to establish a 5,300 square metre quantum chip fabrication facility in Copenhagen, Denmark. The facility is expected to open in 2027 and will develop and scale manufacturing capabilities for next-generation quantum chips.
